These terms govern your use of moduvera.ai (and related Moduvera domains) and any software license purchased from Moduvera Software, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Moduvera," "we," "us").
1. Founder Licenses
A Founder License is a one-time purchase that grants your company a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed Moduvera product for your internal business purposes. Each license key is for the product it was issued for.
2. Early access software
Many Moduvera products are early-access releases. Features may change, and some capabilities shown in demos may require deployment-specific setup or integrations. Product pages describe each product's current stage.
3. Payments
Orders are processed by our online reseller, Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and applicable sales tax. Your card details are handled by Polar and its payment processors and are never stored by Moduvera.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or share your license key outside your company, or use the software for unlawful purposes.
5. Ownership
Moduvera™ and all product names are trademarks of Moduvera Software, LLC. The software is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights not expressly granted.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Moduvera's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license involved.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version posted here applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
